Most of Ubuntu Users might face the issue that whenever they try to run game in Ubuntu it won't run in full screen and you might tried a number of tricks but nothing worked. Here is the permanent solution for this problem.

What is Problem?

Whenever Ubuntu Users tries to run a particular game like GTA or warzone in Ubuntu then the game won't run in full screen. Instead of that it runs in a compressed screen like below or some similar issues.

Reason For Problem:

After a bit of research I found the reason for this issue that whenever such problem or issue is caused then it means either the particular application or device unable to recognise the graphic settings or device is unable to set settings fro the application by itself.

Solution:

If you also faced this problem, then here is the simple solution for the issue.
You need to let your device recognize the application or you manually need to set graphic settings for the application. Don't worry it's not that much difficult. You simply need to add one command in the terminal for the specific application you are having issue with.
For example, I took warzone, then you need to enter following command in the terminal:
$ warzone2100 --fullscreen
That's it.......Your problem is now solved.
