Protecting your eyes at night when you are working on a computer is important and necessary. GNOME has a built-in tool called a nightlight. It reduces blue lights, which significantly reduces eye strain at night.
To enable this function,
go to "Settings" -> "Devices" -> "Night Light" and turn it on.
You can select the exact hours during which Night Light should turn on, or allow it to automatically start from dusk until dawn.
