No taskbar, No title bar Ubuntu problem solution

If you are facing No taskbar ,no titlebar problem in Ubuntu ,then it must be happened by foolishness with tweaky tool. But don't be panic . I have a solution for this.
Just enter the following command in terminal (open by right click on desktop or Ctrl.+Alt.+T):

dconf reset -f /org/compiz/
setsid unity

And then restrart by long pressing power on key of laptop.
